For 30 years the Pfingst-Open-Air (POA) is one of the dinosaurs in the German Festival-Landscape! It attracts around 6000 visitors. Due to its vast variety of music styles somewhere located between rock, reggae, hardcore, electronic, beat, hiphop and ska these visitors form a colourful, wild, crazy, happy bunch which can not be categorised! The festival is located in the beautiful region of Bavaria close to Straubing.

The POA is well known for its nice and comfortable atomsphere, the music mixture and various happenings apart from the norm in a creative off-the-beaten-track way. You'll find yourself between traditional beer-case climbing, a moving Guerilla-Stage dragged by a tractor and a second stage where poetry slams happen next to people on stilts performing fire-breathing. You'll experience a great gathering of fun, laughter and music all around you!
